Beta Terms of Service — Tract
1. Beta Service.
Tract is an early beta product provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features, scoring, and availability may change or be discontinued without notice.
2. Your Content.
You are responsible for the transcripts you upload, including confirming you have the right to share them and that doing so doesn't violate any confidentiality obligation or the rights of other participants on the call. Do not upload a transcript unless you're authorized to use it this way.
3. How We Use Your Data.
Uploaded transcripts are sent to a third-party AI service to generate your score, insights, and follow-up drafts, and are stored so you can access your call history. We do not sell your data or share it with other users.
4. No Professional Advice.
Scores, insights, and follow-up emails are AI-generated suggestions, not professional sales, legal, or fundraising advice.
5. Beta Limits.
Your account may be subject to usage limits during the beta period. Access may be suspended or terminated at our discretion, including for abuse or excessive usage.
6. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tract and its creator are not liable for damages arising from use of the beta service.
